Community Rules

Apex City by Reallexi LLC · Effective 2026-08-22

Apex City is a city builder people play together. Chat, names and profile pictures are shared with real players, so there is a short list of things we do not allow, and a fast way to deal with anyone who ignores it. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

1. What is not allowed

Anywhere another player can see it - chat, your display name, your city name, your alliance name and tag, your motto, or your profile picture:

Keep it suitable for a general audience. If you would not say it to a stranger in public, do not put it in the game.

2. How we enforce this

3. Reporting someone

Every message and every player in the game carries a report control (the flag icon). Tap it, choose a reason, add anything we should know, and send. Reporting is anonymous: the person you report is never told who reported them.

We review every report and act on objectionable content and the accounts that post it within 24 hours. If a report needs more from you we will write to the email on your account.

You can also email [email protected] at any time - always use that route for anything urgent, anything involving a child, or anything you believe is a crime.

4. Blocking someone

You do not have to wait for us. Open a player's profile, or their row in the friends, alliance or leaderboard lists, and choose block. From that moment they cannot message you, send you a friend request, visit your city, or see your profile, and you will not see their chat. Blocking also removes any existing friendship between you. You can see and undo your blocks in Social → Friends → Blocked.

5. Profile pictures

You may upload a picture, and it is shown next to everything you say. The rules in section 1 apply to it exactly as they apply to text. Report an unsuitable picture the same way you report a player; we remove it and act on the account. If you would rather not upload anything, the game generates a portrait for you and that is the default.

6. If we get it wrong

A human reviews every account termination, and you can appeal any decision by writing to [email protected] from the address on the account. Tell us what you think happened; we will re-check it and reply.
